Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases in apps published by CodeSapience, including StreakFlow Premium. All purchases are made in the app and processed by Google Play.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products only: in-app features and auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, StreakFlow Premium, billed monthly or yearly). Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play, in your local currency and including applicable taxes, before you confirm a purchase.

2. Delivery

Nothing is shipped. Access to a purchased feature or subscription is delivered instantly in the app on your device once Google Play confirms the payment. If a purchase does not unlock, open the app's Premium page and use Restore purchases, or contact us.

3. Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app: tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the subscription → Cancel subscription.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
• After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are given for the remaining time of a period.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Refunds

• Within 48 hours of purchase: you can request a refund directly from Google Play at play.google.com → Order history (choose the order → Request a refund). Google decides these requests under the Google Play refund policy.
• After 48 hours: contact us with your Google Play order number. We review each request and issue refunds through Google Play where appropriate, for example if you were charged in error, charged twice, or a purchased feature does not work and we cannot fix it.
• Approved refunds are returned by Google Play to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 3–10 business days.
• When a subscription is refunded, access to its features ends.

5. Free trials and price changes

If an offer includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If a subscription price changes, Google Play notifies you in advance as required.
