These terms apply to this website and to apps published by CodeSapience, operated by Ashish Kumar Yadav ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. Some apps have additional terms, shown in the app or on the app's website; those apply to that app as well.

1. Using our apps

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal use.
• You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the apps, except where the law allows it.
• Our apps store your data on your device. You are responsible for your device's security and for any backup files you export.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

• Paid features and subscriptions are sold in the app and processed by Google Play, under the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.
• Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
• Digital purchases are delivered instantly in the app; nothing is shipped.

3. Availability and changes

We work to keep our apps reliable, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or always available. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid subscription, we will stop renewals and handle refunds fairly.

4. Health and productivity content

Our apps help you track habits and goals. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
